Marinated Carp alla Hluboka

  • 4 carp fillets
  • 0,5 l water
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • a piece of each: onion, carrot, parsley
  • salt, pepper, allspice
  • sterilized peas
  • lemon squash


Add vinegar, salt, seasoning, and vegetable to water and boil it for 15 minutes.
Add the fillets to boiling water and boil for another 15 minutes.
Take the fillets out and let it cool down.
Pour it with marinade.
Add peas and diced vegetable.
