Carp alla Hluboka

- 4 carp fillets
- cayenne pepper
- 90 g bacon
- 4 cloves garlic
- sweet pepper
Using a knife, cut some slits into the fillets.
Stuff the slits with bacon slices which were previously coated with sweet pepper.
Smear the fillets with garlic, salt and pepper it.
Roast it on both sides.
When the fillets are roasted, add water, and stew it.
